Bear's Den

This spacious, 4 bed/2 bath home was beautifully remodeled, top to bottom with a brand new spa. Updates include gourmet kitchen with granite counters, glass & stone mosaic back-splash, newer stainless appliances, and convenient breakfast bar. From the dining room, step through French doors to the large deck for views of San Jacinto Peak, stunning at sunset. Enjoy cozy evenings next to the unique wood-burning stove that, in additional to the newer FAU, will heat the entire home. Also on the main level are 2 sunny bedrooms and full bath. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a very spacious master featuring French doors to a private deck/entrance as well as an additional bedroom or office space with high ceilings and tall windows to take in the views. Laundry is located below the house in the storage/workshop area. Paved driveway with parking under deck/carport. Located just 3 miles from the weekend bustle of the village, this forested property will sooth and restore.



Rates & Payments:
When booking our homes online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: Debit or any major Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Weekend rate Friday/Saturday is $295.00 p/night. Weekday rate Sunday thru Thursday is $250.00 p/night. Winter Holiday rate $375.00 p/night (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve), with a 4 night minimum. Holiday rate $350.00 p/night, a 3 day minimum may be required. Call us for our weekly/monthly specials. Pets are welcome. Pet fee $25-35 per pet will apply. (If more than one pet please let us know) Linen/Prep fee $120.00.


Guests under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-500 on the day of arrival.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY BASED ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS.

Approval will be needed for one-night stays after booking request has been submitted. One night stays can be done for same week reservations (If booking far in in advance and requesting Friday-Saturday-Sunday nightly rate may be higher with the accommodation of early check in or late check out) Higher rate may also apply to Monday-Thursday when booking in advance. Once one night is booked there is NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED.

Please note that during the Winter Holiday Season, (includes but is not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Break and New Year’s Holiday), check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guest cooperation in adhering to check-in/check-out time procedures during the Holiday Season is greatly appreciated and most helpful to our staff as well as your fellow vacationers in ensuring seamless check-ins for all New Spirit guests.

  It was simply fantastic! I work 11 hours a day, 5 days a week and occasional Saturdays and Sundays. Needless to say it was a much needed rest for me. To be one with Mother Nature was fantastic.
