Grande Vista is the perfect getaway from the everyday city life. The home is located a mile away from town, making the home walk to town. One of the homes most prominent features is the large deck with gorgeous panoramic views of the beautiful mountain scenery. The deck is the perfect place to hang out during all seasons to enjoy the beautiful nature of Idyllwild. The living room has a very large, comfortable couch which is perfect for a movie or game night with the group. The living room windows bring the outside nature inside the home, allowing the home's stunning views both inside and outside the home.The home features two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. The master bedroom has expansive windows, allowing you to wake up to an incredible view. The home has 1.5 bath, and both bathrooms connect to the shower. The home is pet friendly as well, so feel free to bring your fur baby with you and enjoy a weekend of relaxation in the mountains!

When booking homes online or by phone, we accept the following Major debit/ Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Weekend rate Friday/Saturday is $265.00 p/night. Weekday rate Sunday thru Thursday is $225.00 p/night. Winter Holiday rate $425.00 p/night (Thanksgiving, Christmas and for New Year's, with a 4 night minimum). Holiday rate $400.00 p/night, a 3 day minimum may be required. Call us for our weekly/monthly specials. Pets are welcome. Pet fee will apply. Linen/prep fee is $110.00.

Guests under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-500 on the day of arrival.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY BASED ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS.

Approval will be needed for one-night stays after booking request has been submitted. One night stays can be done for same week reservations (If booking far in in advance and requesting Friday-Saturday-Sunday nightly rate may be higher with the accommodation of early check in or late check out) Higher rate may also apply to Monday-Thursday when booking in advance. Once one night is booked there is NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED.

Please note that during the Winter Holiday Season, (includes but is not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Break and New Year’s Holiday), check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guest cooperation in adhering to check-in/check-out time procedures during the Holiday Season is greatly appreciated and most helpful to our staff as well as your fellow vacationers in ensuring seamless check-ins for all New Spirit guests.
